I'm disappointed to have to have leave this as I used to be very happy with the care this practice provides for my children and wife. However, recently things have deteriorated.
My wife hasn't been happy with this place for a while since the dentist changed, she feels the care isn't as good as it previously was, but I have tried to persist for our childrens appointments, however, we're now moving to another practice.
I want to preface this by saying that I have never been seen on time here, not once. You turn up early or on time and you will be waiting at least 20 minutes. Anyway, recently we turned up for an appointment that was cancelled, with NO warning. No message, no email, no call. Dentist decided to go on leave and we were not informed. Staff on that day apologised and booked another appointment, I was of course annoyed due to wasting of time but didn't complain. I rebook another appointment, it's close to school pick up time which makes things difficult but it's all they can give me so I take it.
Fast forward to the appointment, I turn up late for which I apologised. The receptionist I'm talking with seems to take pleasure in telling me that because I'm late I won't be seen. Not can't be seen, not "I'm sorry but", just a smirk and condescending attitude. When they cancel my appointment without any notice, my attitude is cheerful, and rebook no problem. Every appointment I've ever been to at this dentist I'm waiting for at least 20-30 minutes after turning up on time. But as soon as I'm late once you enjoy sending me away? Zero empathy, and a terrible attitude towards customers. The attitude from this person and let's the place down.
In summary, care no longer at the same standard, and 1 receptionist in particular has zero people skills and doesn't belong in that role.
And to the business, don't bother responding with your "we value your feedback" stuff, sorry, too late.
