I have always found this dental practice excellent and staff to be very helpful and professional. I would also like to give a shout out to Bradley Taylor the hygienist. Bradley’s attention to detail was outstanding and I left feeling like I had a new set of teeth with his Rolls Royce treatment.

I called John Cuddigan and Associates on 27th May and politely said "Good afternoon, I have been referred to you by NHS 111..." I was abruptly interrupted by the receptionist with "Oh my god, they keep sending you people here, we can't fit you in!" I was quite shocked by the level of rudeness and annoyance. I didn't even get an opportunity to discuss the problem or appointment availability. By 'you people' I assume she meant patients? I am astonished that someone with that tone and attitude is front house. I am sure that John Cuddigan and Associates is a lovely practice, but I was unable to find out due to the rudeness of their receptionist. Incredibly disappointing.

"I was a registered patient at this practice but didn’t require their services for some time as I took good care of my teeth. However, when I recently needed an appointment, I was informed that I had been removed as a patient because I hadn’t visited for a while. To make matters worse, they are not accepting new patients, leaving me without dental care when I needed it most. This policy was never communicated to me, and I only discovered it when I needed their help. I find this approach incredibly disappointing and unfair to loyal patients who may not require frequent care but still rely on the practice when necessary. I hope this serves as a warning to others and encourages the practice to prioritize and value their existing patients better!"

I was told by my GP to go see a dentist because my tongue is burning. They said they could not help me and that I should make an appointment with a dentist as they would be able to take a better look in my mouth and throat to see what's causing it. So I made a private appointment at this office. When I told the dentist about my burning tongue, she said that some medications can cause it and it might be something I am taking and that there was nothing she could do to help. She didn't even look in my mouth!!! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Outstanding, I recommend John for cosmetic dentistry - veneers - my teeth are absolutely beautiful. His prices are amazing; you could save thousands literally. Thank you again John, almost a year later , still Perfect, no problems, still look as good as the day the veneers went in ☺️
