Horrific. Having been using this practice for years myself and then having children and taking them as well, it is now practically unusable. I haven't had an appointment that began within 20 minutes of the actual time for about 3 years and this summer it was so bad that people including my children and I were left sitting outside on the pavement. This week I was turfed out halfway through having fillings drilled out because all of the equipment failed. Without apology I was given a temporary tooth plug and told to write off another day of my week to come back and have it finished. When I asked how I would be compensated for this I was berated and told dentists could not be blamed for faulty equipment and why would the pain, inconvenience and disruption be any basis for so much as waving the cost of a single filling? I was absolutely disgusted. Never did I think I'd hear the words 'well you insisted on not wanting it done unless the equipment worked!' Outside of a Dickens novel....

Recently joined as this practice was closer than my previous and I have to say I have been very satisfied with the service provided. Nikki on reception was pleasant and helpful when I arrived and explained everything clearly. Zoriaz was our clinician and he was an absolute delight, he was thourough and made my children comfortable and clearly explained what he was doing and why. The dental nurse Bridie was so comforting to my girls and also a pleasure to be in the company of, what a lovely girl. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!!!!

Both my daughters have been going to John Holmes dentist for a couple of years now and the staff are all brilliant! Especially Mridula & Bridie - made my daughter feel at ease in her appointment when we was a little anxious before hand but they explained everything and put her at ease :)

John Holmes Dental - Invisalign Journey Dr. Carmen and Ash have been absolutely amazing throughout my Invisalign journey so far! I normally hate the dentist, but they’re so kind, friendly and bubbly that I actually enjoy going now. They’ve made the whole process smooth and even fun - always a good giggle! Highly recommend if you're looking for great care with a personal touch.
