My son had an appointment here to have a tooth removed and I cannot praise the staff enough. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The dentist and nurse were superb professionals who made the experience for my son as easy as possible whilst answering any questions I had during the appointment. The best experience at a dentist I have ever been a part of. Thank you.

Waiting for a month for appointment it was cancelled then given another appointment after a other month that was cancelled again now hafto wait till 6th January 2025 because dentist ill again

Absolutely shocking, to be spoken to like I have been over a missed appointment for my daughter, That went to a different address. I think there’s some type of miscommunication as to who a sensitise works for, regardless if it’s a private or nhs practice it is paid for by the client. A service. The public are not beholden to a dental service that speaks and interacts with the public in such a way. Very rude, very disrespectful.

Took my daughter here on Friday as they fitted her in as an emergency appointment. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My daughter got quite nervous when we got there, they were so nice and made her feel so relaxed.They talked to her and explained everything that they were doing step by step.This is the best practice we have ever been to. Would highly recommend.

They were absolutely lovely I have a phobia of dentists they put me at ease from start to finish the dentist was so professional and her assistant was really patient with me considering I'm a grown woman and I was terrified thank you even after taking my tooth out

Jobsworth dental nurse had my 7 year old in fits if tears over a sticker.Argued with my seven year old throughout consultation.Some people should leave their problems at home and not bring them to work.
