Great service from a professional and attentive dentist, however the reception staff at the practice do not have the same patient focussed attitude . At best they are offhand the reception aera is littered with posters warning patients about behaving propelry the car park is now banned for clients, apparently we damage staff cars when we park

UPDATE So this temp suggested the tooth should be pulled because there is no saving the tooth as root canal would not last. I dont appreciate such negativity and thank goodness im experienced enough to know to seek a second opinion. The other dentist in chelmsford thought it was worth a shot and then performed what i can only describe as the most comfortable root canal treatment i could have ever dreamt of. Original Post =========== I've had a good experience in the past here but I can't excuse their recent mistake. I went in April 23 with an issue and I was told it was nothing, no x-ray or anything which seemed to me to be standard caution. 6 months later and the abcess has really taken a hold and the tooth needs to go and who knows what else damage. I'm annoyed with myself for not knowing better so what does that make their position? Incompetent? Negligent? Now there's a temp in there while they have babies so even less trust although he said so many things were wrong that have also never been mentioned before making me question everyone now so off to get a second opinion.

KDC provided me the necessary paperwork and invoices for me to successfully claim this back through a private health care insurance. The price quoted was competitive to other dentists around but the device made looked more robust and is molded to my teeth and jaw.
