Andrew is a wonderful dentist, takes his time, is thorough with explaining everything and really doesn’t make you feel like he is just pushing treatments on you to get your money. Absolutely gutted to have left the practice as I’ve moved away, I completely trusted him and his opinions with my teeth. I’ve also discovered how reasonably priced treatments are here too, especially for the service. I would like to get some reasonably big work done on my teeth in the upcoming future and honestly considering the long travel back to this surgery just so Andrew can do it!

Dr Andrew is one of the finest dentists I've come across. Being nervous of dental work, i felt at ease & comfortable. I felt confident he knows what he's doing, he's gentle & meticulous. Highly professional & trustworthy (most important these days especially with dentists). Highly recommended & one of the few dentists I trust. Their prices are fair & they've always given me a statement (even without me asking)! So I don't know why another reviewer here has left a 1 star for that, that's not true. Previous Review: A big thank you to Dr Andrew for saving my tooth! Two other doctors said it was to be pulled out but he did the root canal with excellence. High standards & using the latest technology & fair prices also. Highly recommended.

Great service, thank you. Turned up with a broken tooth and got an appointment for later that day. Very sensible discussion about options and costs and left with a temporary filling to tide me over until the next step. What a relief.

Andrew is wonderful. He is very diligent, thorough and has picked up on a couple of issues not spotted by my previous dentist. He has a great bedside manner, and leaves me feeling happy and comfortable, even when delivering bad news. He is also very gentle when cleaning and I feel minimal discomfort. Almost painless filling too - and the filling fits perfectly. Did a root canal too - 100% painless, both during the procedure and also afterwards. He seemed very skilled during the procedure. I have had dental anxiety in the past, but never with Andrew. Would highly recommend.

After breaking my wisdom tooth, I was in a lot of agony and waiting for the NHS to call me for an appointment for weeks. The pain was so unbearable and it was disturbing my busy work and study life. I was recommended to see Andrew at Kew Road Dental by our mutual patients. Last week, I just popped in to the practice to ask whether he could help me with my painful tooth. He kindly accommodated me and informed about possible other options rather than having a treatment privately during the examination. But, due to the negative effects of toothache on my life, I was okay to proceed for extraction. Andrew has done it excellently, and I never felt any pain afterwards. All process lasted only a couple of minutes, and he generously charged me less. When it comes to wisdom teeth many dentists are either tentative or just so expensive. I am just grateful to him for his expertise, kindness and generosity. Also, the receptionist and all team are so friendly too. Thank you!

Andrew is an unassuming man and an ace dentist. He takes time to explain and he listens. Indeed he offers an excellent service and his fees are most reasonable, especially when compared with some Richmond dental practices. Furthermore, his support staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I have found Andrew to be a really good dentist AND a very nice guy. It's hard to trust dentists as they are all about their pockets mostly but Andrew is a genuinely nice caring guy and very professional. His practice sends reminders and is very well set up. When I am in London, he is my go-to dentist. If you want a dentist you can trust, he is your man.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Foolishly of me, I did not fully read the reviews for this place prior to booking. Do not use this Dentistry! I emailed in advance to arrange for a treatment to take place and was told in no uncertain terms the fixed costs of the treatment. Based on this, I went ahead and booked. I arrived promptly and was finally seen (30 minutes late) by Andrew Stevenson. After discussing what was required, I was told that what was previously confirmed by staff was in fact incorrect and I had been misled. After explaining that I had been sent emails by staff showing this, Andrew Stevenson was rude, disrespectful and the way in which he treated me was upsetting. He mocked me for assuming that what I had been told (by their staff) was correct and scoffed at me when I showed him what I had previously been told. It was not the pricing error which I base this off, this is something which could have been addressed and rectified. It was the way in which I was treated. I left having had no treatment and having wasted my time. I now see the other negative reviews and can understand others' upset like mine. AVOID.
