Typical dentist, you’re just a number. I think the worst bit is the reception staff. They are rude and come across authoritarian while answering calls. (Your pen pushers get over yourselves).

After waiting over 6 months for my daughters appointment for a filling I unfortunately had to cancel due to being in accident and emergency, receptionist at kirkland was very rude when I called for another appointment that's another 6 months away regardless of her being in pain and only 12 tears old. If it wasn't so hard to get a dentist and the fact it's for my kids I wouldn't be back
