I’ve had a really good experience with Lso but today was different the receptionists were not as friendly and quite rude in my opinion as I’ve been coming here for over a year. I paid over £2000 for my treatment and don’t expect to be treated like this, I asked for dark green on my braces and got teal but it was too late I had already gotten home. Furthermore I was getting my bottom wire changed and the wire got stuck on my lip and left a red mark which I saw when I got back home and the orthodontist didn’t even apologise? I expected better for the amount I paid! Hopefully I will get better treatment next time

Staff were incredibly patient and helpful, especially reception team who went and double checked my retainer even after i had okayed it and saved my teeth as a result, highly recommend

Some operators have a bad attitude and are impatient during communication. Maybe they forget that this is a diverse country. When meeting people with different cultures, you must be patient. If you don't have these conditions, I suggest you don't choose this job. Generally speaking, the job of a switchboard operator is not easy. You have to be very patient in serving customers. What's more, when you encounter some special situations with customers, you need to be MORE patient and provide better service. Although I was unlucky today, I usually meet very good operators.

I’ve been going to this orthodontist for over a year now. Each time i go i always have a different dentist doing my teeth, it seems so unorganized as whenever i ask about my treatment they never really tell me anything about it. I expect to be involved within the treatment but if something is wrong with my teeth they don’t really talk to me about it they just give me the treatment and send me away without actually saying oh this has happened and this is what we’re doing. I don't even know who my dentist is at the orthodontist as i always have someone new which isn’t nice. When i asked them about my treatment they can’t give me an answer as they aren’t the dentist who is meant to be doing my teeth so it’s not for them to decide. Receptionist is really nice and the staff are friendly which is why i have to given them a 1 star review but the overall experience of the treatment and appointment is not the nicest and isn’t very comfortable. When going to a practice you would want to be relaxed and not nervous but i feel the opposite as I don’t feel that they are giving me proper treatment.
