Shocking staff the manager himself is rude . Obnoctious and the small female dental nurse with dark hair should never ve a dentist left me with infected wisdom tooth for a year then banned me.when i asked for help to which they kept taking my money to be seen but unable to help. Unclean rude and if u have a fesr of dentists . Dont go. There only after money

Whenever Mum attends the dentist your staff are always smiling, happy and professional. Mum has mobility issues and the dentist and her assistant are always so caring, friendly and supportive and communicate brilliantly at all times. The reception staff are always friendly, caring and professional.

This was my very first filling and I had been filled with dread after hearing so many horror stories. On top of that I had been in excruciating pain for three days leading up to the appointment which left me anxious and exhausted . From the moment I sat in the chair, however, I was struck by the calm professionalism and patience of Rhys and his team. I’ve been going to lister house for around a year now to complete a procedure and I definitely recommend choosing lister house as your dental centre! I’ve been looked after by Dr Raj and his dental assistant Sam and they are both lovely. I’m always kept in the loop, they answer all my questions, they make me feel comfortable and well looked after!! I was indecisive at first but all my doubts, Raj made sure he put them all at ease. Now my dental journey is completely I’m glad I went through with it! I couldn’t ask for a better dentist, they are quite the team!! Thank you again! :)
