My normal private dental clinic, who I am with for 3 years now, could not offer me an emergency appointment to have what appeared ro be a simple routine and minor procedure - I had to wait for 1 week to have an appointment...Dr Elena Birch, offered me an emergency appointment within 2 days of my desperate call to the practice, even though I was not a registered patient with them. She was very professional, but most importantly humane and empathic, and helped me at what was a true emergency!
