I was under the impression dentists are there to help, well not in Lowe house. Went in hoping for a tooth extraction of a very painful tooth but nope, went on about gum shields, fillings, layers over tooth, having them cleaned, all well and good but just wanted the pain to stop but no help forth coming. I waited almost one hour past my appointment time to be sent away with no help, I was in worse pain when I left than when I entered, so no, this practice is not for me and I’ll pay more and go private. I’ve de registered myself from this practice, no good having a dentist who’ll send you away with no help and still in pain. Just to add, me and my husband have now gone private at another practice, the service was amazing, professional, respectful, put us at ease and most of all, I was seen at my appointment on time, and my problems sorted within minutes. I’m so happy we decided to go private. 😃

It's a trouble dental center, every time I should stay in waiting room for 15, 30 minutes or more. They don't care about the NHS patients just because of private ones. They don't have emergency appointments 3 days per week. When you waiting in waiting room, some dentists just walking in and talking

Being new to the area, I had tried several dentists with no luck. Tried Lowe House and we were put on their list, within a couple of weeks both my partner and I received appointments. Nice waiting area, efficient, friendly staff and lovely dentist Appolina. Recommended.

i have just been to speak to the receptionist to ask about why my husband has got an email to say he needs a follow up appointment when he is no longer a patient at the surgery and they very rude receptionist said sorry we have emailed as we should've done but he won't be able to come back as he's a "Terrible patient" she said he cancels last minute or doesn't turn up the reason he cancels last minute is because he works all over the North west and the odd time gets stuck in traffic or gets stuck on a job and he has missed ONE appointment. The lady with the red hair and glasses on reception needs to learn some people skills her attitude is disgusting I will now be looking for another dentist for myself and my 2 children as i do not expect to be spoken to the way i have just been. Rude rude lady.
