I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I really want to share my experience, I had a very big filling today and the whole treatment was exceptional, the result was amazing, I had no pain whatsoever and Alice is like an artist at work, she is so professional and takes such pride in her work, I felt safe, cared for heard and in very good hands can't recommend this practice enough , experience from start to finish was a pleasure 🥰

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m doing this to help other people who are petrified of visiting the dentist .. the staff at Lowden dental spa went above and beyond in helping me to have a check up … from the reception staff to the practice manager … I can not praise them enough and as for Alice she really does know her stuff !!!! I was ready to just leave before my appointment as I was so nervous but the receptionist saw I was nervous and tried to distract me .. the practice manager went above and beyond making sure my every need was meet !! Well done to you all .. see you soon

I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.
