absolutely horrific experience I would never recommend to someone else. I should have know i would have a poor experience from day one where i was met by the rudest receptionist ever. Each time i go here i seem to see a different orthodontist and they all seem to have different ideas on how to treat my teeth, just today i went in for REPAIRS for a broken bracket, where a lady who has never treated me before decided it was appropriate to remove the wire from my upper braces, when just last week i was seen by a different woman who put an even stronger wire on my braces, you would think that they would both see the same issue, but no they all have different treatment plans, not to mention all the staff here are always so shockingly rude for no reason at all, i haven’t previously complained about the customer service here as i couldn’t be bothered, but after today it has been the straw that broke the camels back. When i arrived today I, as. 15 year old on my own, was berated by the orthodontist for being “18 minutes late” to my last appointment, when I was actually 6 minutes late and it was not at all my fault, as I was not aware I had an appointment until my mum came to pick me up from school. The fact that any grown person would think it was appropriate to have a go at a literal child for being late when it wasn’t there fault is appalling to be honest. I came out of the appointment in tears due to the fact I had been left with no wire on my top teeth, looking like a freak, where my mum who was waiting for me in the car came in to complain about the astonishingly poor service, she was not rude nor was she particularly aggressive, however we were met by a rude, aggressive, and belittling receptionist who furthered the severity of the incident, making it worse for the practice. Not to mention the fact that the repairs i came in for and was booked for were not completed, instead the orthodontist saw it fit to do what she liked for no reason at all. All the staff here seem to disagree with one another and all have different treatment plans, instead I should see one person who has one treatment plan for me, otherwise it gets complicated like it has here. The general feeling here is incredibly uncomfortable and it doesn’t have a nice atmosphere, which is worsened by the way the staff treat there patients. I would not go here if I were you please save yourself the stress.
