I’d been unhappy with the appearance of my teeth for some time and invested a considerable amount of time researching possible orthodontists, who I could be confident would be able to deliver a positive outcome. Laurence’s reviews were overwhelmingly positive and as a result I approached him for an initial consultation. This went well and after that I felt very confident he would be able to meet my expectations. The process of designing the aligners was very smooth and I felt well supported throughout. I am delighted to say my expectations have been exceeded. I happened to find Laurence by pure luck. Basically, I read the reviews and he was very close to where I lived! Having said that, I was due a bit of luck. I have had issues my whole adulthood with an underbite, which required orthodontics along with surgery. After years of braces and 2 failed surgeries, I was nothing short of miserable. I decided to get a private appointment as I was still suffering discomfort. That's where Laurence came in. I was greeted by the friendly team, sat down in the chair, and my concerns were confirmed. Laurence reassured me that the previous treatment wasn't the correct approach but it can be fixed. It was a huge comfort and after a discussion on what would be required and the results I can expect, I left with a spring in my step. Throughout the whole experience, he was so professional, understanding, explained everything in detail, and I could tell he genuinely really cared. He is a perfectionist. He is brilliant at what he does, and as a person, a true Gentleman. I can not recommend Laurence and his team enough. Especially after my previous negative experience. Absolutely brilliant.
