I'm really happy to have registered with Essex Family Dental Care in Romford. The building itself is clean and modern and I highly recommend the dental and hygienist team. I've recently had a dental procedure which was not very pleasant, but was handled so well and I felt really cared for as a nervous patient. The only thing I'd point out to be aware of is that they close between 1pm and 2pm for lunch, so if your appointment is at 2pm, they won't let you inside the surgery to wait until 1:50pm so do bear that in mind. They do NHS and private which is great. Very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Writing this review from Mr & Mrs Maskell After having fillings & tooth extraction today we feel that the service we received was absolutely 5 stars . As Mrs Maskell is very nervous of the dentist & usually opts for sedation but today went with numbing injections & can honestly say that my dentist totally put me at ease & was very aware of my anxieties however got the treatment done with great service .

I recently had two teeth removed, but before that I avoided going down there, I was avoiding it like the plague, until now, it was a painful toothache that got me there, the dentist put me at ease straight away, I’m now going back for some remedial work. I’m so glad I went. Fear gone.
