Today I received a call regarding my previously scheduled appointment, offering to reschedule my appointment for an earlier time. They explained that I could use it because someone before me had to cancel their appointment due to illness. This is clearly a reason beyond their control. I would have agreed to reschedule my appointment and come earlier if they had returned their deposit or rescheduled the appointment at a different time without forfeiting the deposit. My honor wouldn't allow me to do this; I refused. The deposit the person paid was not used in the further treatment plan due to your agreement. I could only accept this if the appointment took place without forfeiting the other patient's deposit. I believe this is fair to both parties. This is blatant overcharging the patient. The patient didn't go on vacation; she simply became ill before her appointment. This is my agreement, which I am openly presenting to you. Thank you for your understanding. Stop misappropriating patient deposits. I don't agree to this.

Thanks to Medical Dent, my fear of dental visits has completely vanished. Dr. Kamila is a true professional – extremely competent, yet always warm, patient, and smiling. I also deserve a huge shout-out to her assistants, who make every visit enjoyable with their smiles and willingness to help. I came to this office looking for professional help after unsuccessful NHS treatments, which unfortunately even resulted in the loss of a tooth. From my first visit, I felt I was in good hands. The receptionists also deserve a special mention – they were incredibly patient and helpful, always helping me schedule appointments and tailor the length of my appointments to my needs. Very unhelpful receptionist. My wife went in this Polish Dental Clinic booking appointment but when she got there appointment was cancelled themselves without informing my wife. I will never go there.
