I had my wisdom teeth and other teeth removed by him more than 2 times for orthodontic reasons, and all the times, he reassured me that it would be over before I knew it. Recently had the six-month smile treatment to realign my teeth with retainer treatment to get them back to straight and perfect how they used to be post braces as a teenager. Poonam and Anju have been with me throughout the whole treatment and have been fantastic. Gentle and reassuring during procedures and always ensured I was as comfortable as can be when in the dentist chair. Nothing was ever an issue for Poonam or Anju, if I needed a replacement retainer, further retainer treatment to try to mix minor imperfections or if I thought I would need some numbing treatment for a part of the procedure. The whole treatment process was smooth sailing with a PERFECT outcome. I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth now look!

Faced a barrage of obstacles as to why I couldn’t register as a patient when I called. Very unfortunate manner and tone when all I did was phone to enquire about treatment. I think reception is missing the point of their role. Very off putting and non empathetic. I went to another dentist.
