I visited MK Dental Clinic and was quite disappointed. After examining my teeth and asking about my diet and routine, they didn’t explain anything about my dental condition or give any feedback. When I asked questions about maintaining my teeth, they just said it would be discussed in the next appointment. Instead, they asked me to book two more appointments, one for an X-ray and another for hygiene, without explaining the purpose of the current visit. I expected at least some insight or advice, but got none. The whole experience felt unhelpful and gave the impression they were pushing for extra appointments unnecessarily. Waste of money with this appointment. I strongly do not refer this clinic to anyone. Reply to your response: I declined the X-ray because the procedure and reasons for recommending further examination were not clearly explained to me. I also chose not to book the complimentary appointment, as I did not feel it would address my concerns, I am not seeking incentives for a positive review. The experience should be consistent from the first appointment, and I believe the team should follow proper procedures regardless of whether it is a first or follow-up visit.
