Verry bad service, called in to see if I can get a appointment for my retired mom and they say nhs is fully booked for 12 weeks but I can give you a private appointment straight away. Seriously that's not right atall.

I visited the practice this morning for tooth extraction and denture placement. This was quite a lengthy procedure that I was dreading. However, the new dentist, DrHeung Wing Heung Leung ( also known as Joe) was absolutely brilliant. He put me at ease, took his time and explained everything to me as the treatment progressed. He also gave me clear instructions for self care and care of my new denture. Joe helped to to relax and I found the whole experience so much better than I had anticipated. Joe’s competence showed clearly and it was obvious that he was an experienced dental Dr. I could not recommend him more highly. I must also commend the dental assistant and receptionist who were also very helpful, courteous and kind. I will not be so nervous on my return visit next week- thank you Joe.
