I’ve had a tricky dental journey recently, and I honestly can’t thank the practice enough ❤️. Walking in feels like a completely different space — calm, welcoming, and friendly. I have felt genuinely looked after, reassured, and at ease. Donna, the Practice Manager, is thoughtful, organised, and clearly values her team. Jamie, Lizzie, and Leah at reception are kind, professional, and juggling so much — patient follow-ups, emergency triaging, calls, and face-to-face appointments - it’s a lot of work, yet they always give their absolute best 🙌. Mahsa and David are brilliant dentists, explaining everything clearly and going the extra mile. Maddie, a nurse, is supportive, gentle, and always follows through — which really makes all the difference🫶 . Dental treatment pathways have changed nowadays, but this team is reliable, professional, and kind. Huge thanks from me to everyone — you truly deserve praise and recognition for everything you do to support the care in our community 👏✨.

Crikey, i havent been here yet and hve just signed on, because of being a pensioner on benefits and having my options, as opposed to top tier private..... Reading the reviews, most of them awful, i am thinking of changing my mind, even if i do have to go top tier... Yikes....

Great dentist (although most of reception staff are grumpy and rude). Really impressed with the care we've had here, braces worked a treat, great service, we are very lucky to have received this brilliant care from a great team from the NHS.

Sadly my husband and I are not NHS patients,so have no option but pay the private rate. Previously we were with another Dentist within the practice, we didn't have any faith in him, we have both had treatments with the Maxofacial teams in Exeter and Barnstaple because of things being missed by him. After going through the very nice Practice Manager she has now put us with Roxanna, we both had our first appointment with her last week , and I've seen her again today. What a difference! We felt heard, and respected, she is very kind, gentle and nice and nothing like we had before with our previous Dentist , we are both very happy now.

Needed to rearrange an appointment. You have to ring or go in to do that. I was waiting in a queue on the phone for over 30 minutes and was still third in the queue! Found another dentist surgery instead.

Friendly receptionists and nurse but the dentist wasn’t good at all. I went in because one of my wisdom teeth was sore and the gum was swollen. She listened to my issue, took me from an x-ray then didn’t tell me what was wrong or causing the pain. Didn’t explain what she was going to help but just started poking around and it was eye wateringly painful. Afterwards I had to ask her what the issue was and what she had done to help. She then asked me if I wanted to be referred for extraction but I didn’t even know that would be the next step. I asked if that was necessary and she said she wasn’t sure then turned away, gave me my forms and said goodbye. I felt made to feel so out of the loop of what was going on and the decisions being made about my health and I have no idea if the referral is being made or not. I’m so disappointed.
