I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Delna Joseph today. I came in with very sore teeth, and she was incredibly gentle, meticulous, and caring throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable at every step, and went the extra mile to help relieve my discomfort. Her professionalism and genuine concern for her patients are truly outstanding. I am deeply grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and highly skilled dentist.

In October I had a temporary filling done by the practice and was persuaded by the dentist that pain relief would not be necessary as it was superficial and not near the nerve. It did however prove to be torture. After I suspected that this was just done to save money and time although there was no refund offered. The filing has since been catching food and I have now made an appointment with my former Eccleston dentist to have this corrected. A complete waste of time and money £129 check up and £218 temporary filling.

I don’t do many reviews but felt I really needed to give feedback on my dental practice. I have recently had 2 teeth removed and the first steps of implants I.e. screws fixed . I can’t praise the team enough . After a lifelong fear of the dentist the care and treatment I have recieved here has been exceptional. From my regular dental care , fillings etc Al has been amazing , very professional, skilled and caring. Thankyou so much , he has helped me overcome my anxiety. Latterly have the implant surgery- the dental surgeon and nurse were great . Again so kind , professional and slick . I was done after 40 mins . No pain at all both during and after treatment. Special people at this place - from all the admin at every level to the nurses and fabulous dentists . Thank you all so much especially Al , Maria , Nicki and the lovely dental implant surgeon .

After years of dentophobia I had to finally visit a dentist as my front crown need re-fixing - can't teach with a tooth missing, teenagers are merciless! I was a pitiful wreck on my 1st visit however Elizabeth put me at ease straight away with her incredible calm, patient and kind manner. And it didn't hurt! I actually look forward to my appointments with her now! Please don't ever leave Elizabeth, or if you do tell me where you're going. Reception staff are also very professional and very kind, special thanks to Maria.

Really poor service from this dentist. I have booked and paid for 4 / 5 appointments with this dentist but only ever had 1 because they are either running so late (beyond half hour) that I have to leave or they just cancel the appointment a couple of hours before because the dentist wants to go home. So unreliable and then you have to wait for refunds because they make you pay upfront for appointments they can’t even honour

Had an extraction and the dentist seemed to struggle, breaking two needles whilst applying anesthetic, then injecting my lip with another. Tooth shattered under extraction, but can't blame him for this. Lots of bruising post surgery and when I needed antibiotics I had to pay for another dentist to assess me as the dentist who performed the extraction doesn't work weekdays. My wife goes to a dentist where it's done on a procedure basis and had three repeat visits. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this surgery or Mydentist to anyone for dental work.
