You have to support his work by making the best possible conditions for his work; all done on the nhs. We have to do our best to hold on to people like him. I support my dentist .

My family and l have been with this practice for years. The Dentists and staff themselves are always kind and attentive-however it appears that once you are assigned your NHS dentist there are little/no options to see anyone else. So when your dentist cuts back hours or changes shift patterns it is becoming increasingly difficult to arrange family appointments- even if it is just for routine check ups. Our assigned dentist now seems booked well in advance and receptionists are stifled by strict adherence to clinic management diaries-even when attempting to book 5 months in advance.

Anywhere I go for NHS help I get let down that's why this place gets 5 stars. They honestly care. They will always do all they can for me and all the staff are so friendly. Tracy their receptionist is amazing and so kind. I really look forward to seeing her when I come back.

Always well looked by My Dentist. From booking an appointment to leaving following treatment. I broke a tooth and they went out their way to get me in ASAP. I asked for a repair at the lower cost, I was advised that it may not last. Well, that was over two years ago and the repair is still going strong. Really impressed. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience being treated by Dr. Fillipe Cardosa. He was incredibly polite and consistently attentive to my comfort, ensuring I wasn't in any pain throughout the appointment. It's very clear that Dr. Cardosa genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. I also want to acknowledge his nurse, who was equally caring and helpful, making the entire visit a positive experience. I highly recommend them both! Samip Gurung.

I have nothing but praise for receptionist and the dentist. My bridge had come away the receptionist was brilliant she moved around appointments and got me very quickly. The dentist was brilliant too. I do not understand the bad reviews but speaking from my experience they deserve the full 5 stars

Poor customer service by the receptionist, called 20mins earlier that I would be in the dentist 5 mins late and I was given assurance that my 4 years old son would be seen by the dentist, luckily he got there early but we had to wait on the queue. When it got to our turn we were told they are on break. I feel so disappointed ☹️😔 telling me to rebook for a later date.
