called on 21/11/25 for a emergency appointment cos was in a lot of pain with wisdom tooth, given an appointment at 2pm same day, was terrified going into it, was seen by Shivani Sharma and her assistant, was xrayed and had the tooth extracted within half hour and didnt feel any pain whatsoever, they were brilliant, talked me through it all and were really friendly, I cant believe how little pain or discomfort theres been, ive had worse pain from getting fillings done at other dentists. Thank you!

I recently visited Dr. Paraskevi Glezou after a crown unexpectedly came off, and I genuinely cannot express how impressed I am with the level of care I received from start to finish. What could have been a stressful and worrying situation ended up feeling completely manageable because of her calm, friendly, and highly professional approach. At my first appointment, she carried out a thorough examination and immediately identified the underlying issue: a previous root canal (done by a different dentist elsewhere) had become infected. Instead of rushing anything or giving unclear explanations, she took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on. She explained why the problem had occurred, what needed to happen next, and what the full treatment plan would look like. Her transparency, patience, and reassurance made me feel completely at ease and confident I was in the right hands. She then referred me to a specialist dentist in Bradford for a re–root canal. I was anxious about going through the procedure again, but the dentist she referred me to was genuinely excellent. The referral was smooth, the treatment was handled with great care, and I felt very reassured knowing that both dentists were working together to make sure everything was done properly this time. Once the re–root canal was completed, I returned to Dr. Paraskevi Glezou so she could finish the treatment — and this is where she truly stood out. Her precision, attention to detail, and gentle manner were exceptional. She made sure everything fitted perfectly, that my bite felt natural, and that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The difference between this experience and the previous work I had done elsewhere was genuinely remarkable. Throughout every appointment, Dr. Glezou was warm, approachable, and incredibly supportive. She never made me feel rushed, always checked that I understood what was happening, and clearly cared about achieving the best possible outcome. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines technical expertise, professionalism, and such a kind and friendly nature — but she truly does. I am extremely happy with the result and very grateful for her expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Paraskevi Glezou to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. She goes above and beyond, and she has completely earned my trust. Without a doubt, one of the best dental professionals I’ve ever had.

Just wanted to say how much Nadia has helped with my problems I have a very bad phobia of dentists and she has kept me calm as did the nurse that was with her. And for the first time in years my teeth are OK she's done what other dentists couldn't. And one last thing please bring back the wheres wally picture it was a big help in keeping me calm and as someone that has a real genuine phobia it's big help.

Dr Hassan Moghul got all of them fixed in good time with no problems! He is a wonderful dentist - calm, knowledgeable, reassuring and friendly. I often recommend him and will continue to do so!
