Rang this morning to book my wife in to see the dentist with a loose tooth and swelling was informed to pay £125 on the phone which I did was told my wife’s appointment who was in a lot of pain would be 3-30pm today. She arrived before 3-30 let them no at the desk that she was here she was told to go upstairs in the waiting area was still sat there at 3-50pm they then brought a 4page form out to fill out this then took the time then to well after 4pm to think we paid a £125 for this kind of service not good at all very poor service.

Like to say and to thank reception staff and Christus lykidis the dentist who extracted my teeth today and nurse Kim garnet for great service and was made very comfortable brilliant and pain free too thank you very much and I would highly recommend the service to anyone

Compared to other private dentist’s, I find Elwy very reasonably priced. Had three fillings done and George was very nice and accommodating.

spent approx £1,000 on fillings. One came out after just 14months called dentist and was told I only have 12months so asked for T&C's to be emailed to me was told they dont have any to email or send to me ?? Seem like pure money making that the dentist would not just simply put in another filling rather than charge me another £250 to put another filling in. Surely fillings should last longer than 14months!

I had my annual dental check up today with Andi Moore. As always have plenty of time to discuss any worries or problems. Always has time to listen to any concerns. Sophie was the nurse today. Such a lovely friendly person. It was nice to see Nicola as well. Heather and Lisa also very helpful . Thank you.

Had my appointment today, with Thony Karlsson, had a filling. Such a wonderfull guy, gentle, and understands. Had Thony before wen i had a small operation ages ago, which my gum was hurting, he is brillent. Top class perfection. Thony Karlsson highley recommend. 5 STAR SERVICE. VERY HAPPY.
