I went to this practice for a tooth extraction this Monday. I had been in excruciating pain all weekend. The dentist Tej is a real empath. He made me feel at ease and relieved all my anxiety about the procedure. The process was quick. I was given clear post-op guidance. Since then I have been recovering quickly. There is minimal discomfort. It’s in direct contrast to another extraction I had previously, which caused me massive pain and soreness for weeks. Would highly recommend this practice!!

This dental surgery is woefully understaffed. They have only one dentist who only works for the NHS 2 days per week. No appointments available for a child with toothache but could be seen very quickly if we wanted to pay for a private appointment.

Avoid this practice so unprofessional. I had to have a emergency extraction and was left with no front tooth for 3 months. Which effected my every day living. I had a mould made to have a denture to replace my front tooth. When they put it in . The plate which goes on the roof of my mouth was about half an inch away from it so I couldn't talk . The tooth was smaller and darker than the rest . I asked to have it replaced and they said no . The dental nurse should be sacked they way she talked to me . Now I'm still walking around with no front tooth which is effecting my mental health.

Tried to make an appointment for family member, they gave an appointmentl for July 2025! 1 year 4 months is not acceptable for patient care.

If I could give a zero I would 1 star is spoiling them, needed a filling couldn’t get an appointment for month, I think the dentist only work 2 days a week I’ve had better service in 3rd world countries!
