Have been coming to this dentist since I was a child my dentist and I had an agreement that every 3 months I would have a deep clean. Until he decided to leave due to the nhs changing The new ones here are awfull tells me if I want a deep clean I now have to pay which isn’t right. I tend to clean my teeth multiple times a day and they say because I smoke they can’t help as I’m not looking after them Call to make complaint and all I get is sorry you feel like that. She told me to take the matter further would give 0 if I could

I was amazed at how quickly Dr Aman listened attentively, and was very firm but gentle about the severerety of my problem and, after careful consideration, he came up with the most optimal solution better than I could imagined, As well as a perfect filling and great oral cleanse, I left feeling like a New Man , well Done...Can't wait for next visit. Thanks To All The lovely staff reception included.

If I could give this place minus 10 I would. My Mum had ONE bad tooth. ONE! Systemically over 10 years, they refused to deal with the tooth, referred my mother to SEVERAL different places, so she could be put to sleep for the tooth removal. Only to be told over and over, that the places she had been referred to, were NOT appropriate for what this dentists referred her for. 10 years of arguments where they ignored the problem. My Mum lost all her teeth. All of them. She has now had to go and pay for implants, thanks to her brother helping her. So they didn't do their job. My brother, a paying patient, was told he needed a root canal. They were supposed to refer him. They conveniently 'forgot' to referred him on THREE separate occasions. Then expected him to pay £150 to have a private appointment, so they could refer him. Then told him they cant refer him anymore. He's now going to a new dentists, where they have actually looked at his teeth, and are dealing with the problems. Who are actually taking his low income into account, and not forcing him to pay ridiculous prices, for NO TREATMENT! Again, this dentist failed to do their jobs. I have been told by these people that I needed a root canal, that they said they couldn't do. They referred me to Chase Farm. Where I found out that this clinic was NOT a place to be referred to for root canals. In fact the Chase Farm clinic is for CAMCER PATIENTS who need their teeth FULLY REMOVED! When I made a complaint, I was told it was an accident. AN ACCIDENT THAT COULD'VE COST ME PERFECTLY GOOD TEETH! I'm lucky that Chase Farm takes what they do seriously. They looked at my teeth and asked me if I wanted my teeth removed. The explained to me what the clinic actually did. I was mortified and seriously worried. Since this happened 3 years ago, I've tried over and over to book for an appointment to sort this out. Over and over they have cancelled appointments, made every excuse under the sun as to why they have to cancel, and every excuse as to why no one can speak to the practice manager. Only for my family to receive letters being told that the surgery was going to stop treating NHS patients and were going fully privatised. Like I'd pay for the worst service I've ever received from anywhere in this country. Everyone, from reception, to dentists, to practice manager, are rude, unable to do their jobs, and ignore every problem. I honestly hope the rumours are true, and that the place is being shut down for good. These people shouldn't be in business.

I like to give 0 star they never deserve anything. All my family registers this dentist they never check up all my family. now my kids 9 years and 6 years old. 9 years I don't have any phone call this place make appointment for my kids. they never been this dentist even no check up. They put BIG SIGN FREE KIDS check up. Very funny. I never recommended any one. I try to take appointment always they have excuse My kids 9 and 6 years old still they waiting Very big disappointment please far away this place

I called to get an appointment. I was told that even though I’m still registered at the surgery, they won’t see me as I had not been for a couple of years. They would only see me as a private patient, funny that… My previous dentist at the practice, Mr Rowland, was absolutely fantastic and left when he saw the imminent changes to NHS dentistry. My experience here proved him right. I also tried to get an elderly relative a new set of dentures. An appointment was made, another dentist called me back to complete a health assessment for my relative. Then, the following day, another dentist called me to say they could no longer see my relative as he (the dentist) was under pressure, telling me how the pressure was affecting him personally. A totally unprofessional approach to interacting with a patient/carer. Without sounding brutal, I simply couldn’t care less about the pressure you’re under. Imagine the pressure of an elderly person who has lost a significant amount of weight because their meal options are limited due to having no dentures for months. This was the worst dental practice in Tottenham. I’m sure of it. The fact that they have now closed down at a time when NHS dentistry is a precious commodity and private dentistry such a money spinner says everything about how abysmal their service has been.

Very disappointed in the communication at mydentist. I had a filling a few years ago that made my tooth sensitive. I had an appointment here a few months ago and asked them about the sensitivity and was told that I had nothing to worry about. Woke up with tooth pain near the filling a few days ago due to infection and had to shell out £500 for a private extraction due to mydentsist no longer providing dental services. Extremely frustrated and upset with the way I was lied to
