I’ve been putting off the dentist and my problems for too long over fears and worry that I was in a bad way. From being a new patient with The amazing Dr Ines & her wonderful nurse Nic, I was straight away put at ease the help they’ve given me is just unmatched! The duo of them both really have put me on the path to getting my smile back and to grab the confidence I needed. I never thought in a million years thought I would say I actually enjoy going to the dentist! But I do because I know I’m in the best hands. From the moment I walked in, the clinic was welcoming and calm. The front desk staff are organised and accommodating, and the entire team are fantastic. My daughter gets a lot of anxiety when she attends, but Ines and Nic are so good with her. They are very patient and understand her worries, but are extremely professional and calming with her. The dentist Andrzej was very professional, gentle, and explained every step of the treatment clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The dental nurse Sam was also incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the visit. Together they created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The dentist Ines was amazing . So gentle never felt a thing when she was injecting me for a filling. Zoe her nurse was very friendly and made you feel at ease . Highly recommended.
