Myself and my children have had Ali as our dentist for quite a few years now. He's always been fantastic with making us feel comfortable while also providing the best care. My son recently fell and broke off a large part of his front tooth. Within an hour and a half of calling MyDentist, they had my son booked in and fixed his tooth. You can barely tell anything has happened! I will be forever grateful to the reception staff for getting us in so quickly and to Ali for helping my son.

I have recently received treatment at this practice. I recognise that I have neglected my dental hygiene over the years and haven't been to a dentist in a very long time. I initially went in a lot of pain and feeling very scared and apprehensive. The dentist isn't my favourite place. I first saw Max for an emergency appointment, during which he performed a tooth extraction. I then returned for a check-up and additional treatment I needed. I have been frightened of the dentist for a very long time. Max and his assistant never judged me for the condition of my teeth but supported me. We discussed various options for my future care, and he has made me feel that I can have a nice smile again one day. I have gone from being nervous and scared of the dentist to feeling confident. I look forward to more treatment at this practice and to seeing how my teeth will improve. Many people are apprehensive about visiting the dentist but would recommend max to anyone in my position who is in need of a dentist.

We feel very lucky to have Dr Alexanne as our dentist - from my perspective of having feared dental treatment for most of my life until now where I’ve had work done that was needed plus additional optional ongoing treatment without problem! From my daughter’s perspective (7 y/o) - ‘I like the dentist because she’s very, very nice and funny and very talented because she has lots of certificates on her windowsill!’ From my other daughter’s perspective (4 y/o) - ‘she’s nice and she’s good at teeth’ :)
