Ive always had a fear of dentist but since going recently to see ahlam shes been absolutely amazing in helping me feel eased with my anxiety always explaining what she is gonna do and what tools shes gonna use before she does so.

My mom has been coming to this practice for 6–7 years and sadly her gum disease has only gotten worse and not a single improvement. The dentist never explained her condition or treatment options properly, and we always left with more questions than answers. We started visiting another dental practice, we immediately received clearer guidance and better care, so my mom is now starting to save money to get treatment . Staff here can also be quite unwelcoming, and repeat prescriptions for toothpaste are always delayed - sometimes 4–6 weeks…with the excuse that they were “too busy.” I called again after 4 weeks of not getting the prescription for my mom and after so long of waiting the reply I got was “she needs to come to the practice for emergency appointment to get the prescription”. Seriously after waiting so long the reply I get is this??Overall, very disappointing experience after so many years

My name is Patricia mackay and to say I was really nervous about going to my appointment this morning was an under statement, but I have to say tanu my dentist and lisa were amazing they made me feel extremely relaxed I did need quite a bit of work done but I can honestly say now that I will actually look forward going back in March so thank you so very much.

Worse dental practice in Pennywell let you wait for a month for a 3 minute check up .. then let you booked again for another month.. and cancelled your appointment in last minute..

I went yesterday to change my appointment date, the reception staff treated me very poorly, ignoring me, and in the middle of the conversation they attended to another appointment, because I don't speak English, and I was on the phone with my daughter to be the translator, I It seems like a lack of respect, and a bit of racism, the most impressive thing. esque she is also from another country. My query cannot be answered.

Monday 15/04/24 in the morning we called MyDentist because my son had an appointment on 18/04/24 at 2.25pm, but since I had 2 broken teeth, my son decided to leave me his appointment, taking a ' year ago, so we called to see if it was possible to replace my name with hers, the lady who answered said it was possible and took my details. Instead today we went and discovered that the appointment was only cancelled, so my son lost his appointment that he had been waiting for for a year and even though I had broken teeth I was not received, and I lost hours of work I find all this really unprofessional!
