The service I receive at mydentist is second to none. All staff are polite and helpful. My hygienist Mickyla and her assistant(sorry I don’t know her name) are fantastic. They are always positive and make you feel comfortable. Mickyla always give excellent advise which really helps. I’m so happy with the progress she has helped me make and I trust her advice completely. My experiences to date have all been positive. I would recommend mydentist to anyone.

I would be cautious using this dentist. I moved areas and so this was a new dentist for me. For context I have never had a filling before and previous dentists have always commented I have very good teeth. I was therefore shocked when I was told I need 7 fillings and a deep clean which would cost ££££s. I (rightly or wrongly) felt the dentist took advantage having previously asked what I do for a living. Slightly rude jokes were also made implying I must have a terrible diet. This was a huge red flag given my previous dental history so luckily I obtained a second opinion where I was informed I was doing a great job with my teeth and could just consider 1 small filling. The “cavities” the prior dentist had pointed to were simply minor staining which could be addressed. Obviously dentists may have differing opinions but this was clearly way off the mark.

Kyla was fantastic! I’ve always dreaded the hygienist before but not anymore. She was caring and gentle and actually took the time to give thorough explanations of what she was doing; great advice; and demonstrated how best to keep my teeth and gums healthy. It was a pleasant surprise and refreshing to know that great customer care is alive and well! The receptionists are always on the ball as well as being polite and respectful. Such a professional practice all round.
