The service was fantastic. From the first time I nervously walked through the door, not knowing what to expect, I was greeted with warmth and a smile and very quickly felt comfortable. I met Hayley who was with me for my 2 year+ journey, and she was incredible. Such a friendly and supportive person. Emma S and Ellie were also very welcoming and put me at ease. We been to the orthodontist today and what a pleasant and quick service we had. Our appointment was 1.30pm we booked in and almost instantly got called through where we was greeted by Bethan the orthodontist and Sarah the nurse they was very very helpful told us everything we needed to know and constantly reassured us with each step. Would highly recommend.

i’ve just recently had my braces off and i just wanted to say a massive thankyou too all the people who work here as they are all a massive help in my journey! Hayley and Beth have absolutely perfected my teeth and made my journey so enjoyable! i suffer a lot with things / food touching my front teeth so was super nervous going into this as i knew it would be a lot of touching of my front teeth but Hayley made me feel so comfortable and at ease that all was okay and was very reinsuring, if i could give 10million stars i would. 110% would recommend x
