I went to this clinic twice as a teenager who was already afraid of the dentist. First time, I was given a filling that was meant to be superficial to fill a small pit that food was occasionally getting stuck in. I was not told this would involve any drilling, he just started drilling. The filling was awful to recover from and took months to settle. I recently found out (because I needed it to be replaced and went to a private dentist) that this was because the dentist at the time decided to drill down to the nerve and then FILL OVER IT with the wrong material. This has caused permanent sensitivity in the tooth and I will need a root canal if I want to fix it. The second time I went, the dentist told me I needed a couple of ‘minor’ fillings, only to find out at reception that I needed ELEVEN. I never went back after they tried to charge me for that without any explanation from the dentist and after years of being terrified of treatment, I was told by my new private dentist that I only needed three fillings… 6-7 years after being told I needed eleven. I would highly recommend avoiding NHS dentistry, especially this clinic if you have the spare cash to save your teeth. My worst tooth is literally my worst tooth BECAUSE of an NHS dentist.

I saw Sophie and Lewis today for a hygienist session, after suffering from ADHD symptoms for many years I have put off going to the dentist for fear of embarrassment, but I'm glad I booked the appointment as Sophie and Lewis pointed out areas where I needed to improve without being unnecessarily harsh, clearing up my fear of the dentist. Just had my dental appointment with Nush Galani . What a brilliant dentist. Everything was explained. And honestly didn’t have any pain with my treatment . Nurse Kaitlyn attended and they were so kind and helpful to me. Lewis was also on hand to give me reassurance. Can’t recommend Nush Galani enough . Thank you all so much. Had an excellent experience at the Thetford surgery today. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
