Did not want know about a gum where they took tooth out has gone to a sharp lump booking line was useless they don’t have understand of what u trying tell them all they do is rush u to get off phone iv had bad experiences in past at hospital for treatments I’m thinking of not returning

Can't speak highly enough of this team. My son is 13 and has mild Aspergers - he was incredibly anxious about dental work after a previous bad experience, but need to have 4 teeth removed. He was introduced to to all the equipment very gradually, given a trial of the inhalation sedation beforehand, and the procedure was spread out over two visits. Everything was done calmly, patiently and with great care, resulting in a much more positive experience for all of us. Brilliant service.

Absolutely incredible. I have been terrified of the dentist due to bad experiences for a number of years to the stage where just talking about the dentist made me cry and gave me anxiety. I have now been there 3 times and have actually had a filling! All the staff are so considerate and patient. They really empathise with you and respect your concerns. I cannot explain how happy my experiences at the dentist have been! I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who works there because they are amazing!
