Shocking shocking experience and if I could put 0 stars I would! Arrived for my appointment for 7:50am on Friday and it really was a disaster from start to finish, no sign of it being open when I arrived, had to wait until well after 8 before the receptionist eventually arrived. Sat in waiting room filled out forms and made to wait another 40 minutes plus to even see the dentist to then be greeted with a rude, pushy dentist and nurse who showed no empathy or understanding to my high anxiety, felt rushed and pushed and so ended up leaving as I felt too uncomfortable. Horrible experience, never again!

Pain relief!!! I went to two separate dentists at premium clinics about an issue with my molar and was told I needed a root canal. The NHS referred me here as I couldn’t wait a few days my clinics to fit me in due to the pain, and the dentist I saw at ND Huddersfield spotted a hairline crack in the tooth that the other two had completely missed. I was fully prepared for a root canal, but instead a quick bonding cover over the tooth gave me instant relief. The difference is so dramatic that I feel compelled to leave them a five-star review. TYSM!!

I went here on Tuesday, 9th November 2021, after being referred by NHS 111 because I had been in severe pain all weekend. The night dental clinic was the earliest appointment available. I arrived on time for my 8:00 AM appointment, but the dentist didn’t arrive until 8:45. I waited patiently, understanding that delays can happen, and I wasn’t rude at all. As soon as she arrived, her assistant called me in. Before I had even sat down, the dentist immediately started asking questions like, “Where’s the pain?” and “Do you know why it’s there?” She spoke so quickly that I couldn’t answer properly. She examined me briefly and said things like “It could be your wisdom tooth” or “It could be a root canal.” She wasn’t giving me clear answers or facts. She then did an X-ray. I’ve had X-rays before earlier this year when I had a filling done, but this time she placed it so uncomfortably in my mouth that it was impossible to bite down. She kept insisting, “Just bite, it’ll only take a few seconds,” but I physically couldn’t. When she finally managed to take the X-ray, she became visibly irritated. When the results came through, she repeated again and again, “It could be a root canal, it could be wisdom tooth,” without ever giving a straight answer. She also mentioned that my gums were inflamed but told me not to come back there for treatment, advising me instead to go private since they don’t offer a full service. It felt like she was indirectly discouraging me from returning. Overall, it was an awful experience. I’ve been to dentists several times in my life, but I’ve never gone through anything like this. I genuinely believe she rushed my appointment because she had arrived late and still had other patients waiting. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I went on Tuesday, and it’s now Friday. After taking antibiotics for three full days, I’m still in the same amount of pain. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I had an appointment at 11 I was calling them since 10.40 that il be 5 minutes as we were stuck in traffic there phones been engaged or put aside so no one can call them. We travelled from out of town I told them I’ve been calling you but she just said NO. Don’t have enough time surgery had no patients there so what was the issue. Even 111 called me I told them I’m on my way. I looked at the review last night I knew straight away what I Was expecting.

I almost never leave negative reviews but this experience has been awful. Back in April 2025, I visited after being referred by NHS 111 because I was in absolute agony with my tooth. The dentist took an X-ray, showed it to me and confirmed I needed a root canal. She told me to make an appointment with my own dentist which I did. My own dentist asked for the X-ray so we could avoid extra costs but when I contacted the clinic they claimed no X-ray existed. Since then, I’ve emailed, called and even made a complaint.. they keep saying there’s no X-ray under my name, even though I literally saw it with my own eyes. Months later, my complaint has gone unanswered, I’m still in agony and they expect me to pay again for something that should already be on file. Shocking lack of communication, record-keeping and patient care.

My dad is 65 year old never seen anything like this dentist before he took my dad teeth out but still leaving half off the teeth there and he keep saying you got 2 min to tell me what to do everything was done in 4 min worst dentist ever please please avoid not even 1 star but definitely %100( 0 star )
