I had a consultation with Dr. Brandon Nejati, which I paid for, and during that session, he asked if I had any questions. However, because there was so much information at once, it was impossible to come up with all my questions on the spot. Later, when I needed simple clarification about the micro-layering treatment, the experience became a complete mess—both time-wise and money-wise.
It took ages to even get a response, and instead of just answering my questions, they booked me in for a 15-minute consultation—three months later. I even said this could be done over the phone, but they insisted I come in. Then, a month before the appointment, they called and told me I had to pay another £120 for those 15 minutes, claiming I needed a “check-up.” This was nothing more than an excuse to rip me off.
I simply wanted clarity because I was initially told this treatment was permanent, but after doing my own research and consulting other dentists, I found that wasn’t entirely true. Instead of getting a straightforward answer, I was delayed, charged again, and given excuses.
What’s worse is that before my first consultation, they called me every single day, acting desperate for my business. But after they took my money, suddenly, I couldn’t even get a simple response. This clinic is nothing but money-hungry and unprofessional. They pressure you into booking, but once they have your payment, they make everything difficult and keep charging you for basic follow-ups.
Save yourself the frustration—don’t waste your time or money here. I regret ever paying for the consultation, let alone considering treatment with them. Absolutely
In reply to your response to my review : I had booked and confirmed my appointment well in advance—two to three months ahead—for a simple 10-minute consultation only for questioned I had before procedure .I was not on a waiting list, and I have evidence to prove that. Despite this, the appointment was changed without justification. I was fully prepared to proceed with the whole treatment starting with gum surgery , followed by the macrolayering treatment, all in line with Nejati’s advice. I only had a few remaining questions about the procedures. Bringing up the issue of budget was irrelevant and unnecessary. Why I bothered this long if I didn’t have any intention to proceed None of this justifies the rude and unprofessional attitude I experienced.
