The dentist is very good. Always speaks gently and gives great advice. Only issue I have is that nobody ever picks the phone up. I’ve phoned multiple times over the past few months at different times during the day and they just do not answer

Reception service is very bad,ignore you when you try speak with them.They change appointments hours and after they saying-you not arrive on time-.This happens with me one year ago and happened again with my partner.They move appointment from 4.30pm on 3.30 pm.And now because my partner comes on 4.30 they say you should be 3.30.And that not true.And after they delete her from system.She was 12 years with that dental practice.And when you want know what’s going on they just hanging up phone.

I have been a patient of the Nelson Dental Centre since 1968, I have seen many changes since then, maybe 3 generations of ownership, but honestly the current owners are without a doubt the best ever. My Dentist is a lovely quietly spoken man who always looks after me so well. My hygienist Hana is the most beautiful girl ever, she is really gentle doing my cleans and very knowledgeable, can’t thank them enough for all their help and support. Ken Greenwood
