Very impressed with this surgery so far. Prices are cheap and Josh was excellent. I had three fillings by him. He was gentle, reassuring and appeared highly competent. Only slight issue is that the bowls are not fitted next to the chairs which is unusual in my experience. Nevertheless, i’ve found a great dentist surgery and i am pleased.

Got a filling here and within weeks my tooth had split so I went back and was charged again to look at tooth because they said the filling was fine. This tooth should never have been filled in first place and now I have to pay for it to be removed. When challenged about this the female Dentist was rude and said I don't do things for free. I don't expect anything for free but because the tooth had been recently filled I felt it was their fault it was broken. It obviously hadn't been done properly. Why should I have to pay for their mistake. Wouldn't go back there ever again. She strolls in after keeping you waiting with no apology. I've never met any other Dentist with an attitude like that in my life. Tried to make me feel small. No patient consideration at all.

Excellent dental treatment given by the whole team. Thoroughly recommend this practice. I emailed first to see if they could accommodate me. Very fast reply, attachments sent to explain what the practice could offer and the cost. Phone called me to make my initial appointment after I agreed to register with them . Loved the reminder call and check all was okay prio to the appointments. After my initial appointment, where the procedure needed was explained in depth along with the cost ,a second appointment was given . I had my old filling removed and renewed ,with a deep clean. I hadn't been since pre covid so I was a little nervous. Needed I been, Josh and Lucy were super, very friendly and excellent at their profession . Can't thank them enough . I feel this is a trustworthy dentist which provided clear information about the costs, treatment options, and potential outcomes. As well excellent at explaining the aftercare . I would recommend this dentist to anyone !
