I’ve had two visits at North House Dental Practice and I can honestly say the experience has been amazing. The clinic is very clean, the staff are lovely and helpful, and everything feels extremely professional from start to finish. I came in with a tooth that had been causing me pain for months. It had previously been filled by another dentist, but the discomfort never went away. Dr. Ram carefully examined it and explained everything in detail with the help of a 3D scan, which was very impressive and informative. On my first visit, he placed a temporary filling to see if the nerve could be saved, as I had been advised elsewhere that a root canal might be needed. I was nervous about the injection, but to my surprise, I didn’t even feel it. The treatment was done so smoothly, and within two days I was finally able to eat on my right side again after seven long months of pain. At my second visit, Dr. Ram confirmed that the nerve was healthy and a root canal wasn’t needed. He completed the final filling with great care and precision. I’ve had no pain since, and I feel relieved to have the problem fully resolved. I would highly recommend Dr. Ram and this practice to anyone looking for top-quality dental care and peace of mind. They really do a proper job, and I’m very grateful for the outcome.

Definitely worth the 5 star rating ✨ From the minute I arrived (feeling quite nervous due to not visiting/being registered to a dentist in YEARS) I was greeted so warm and welcoming by the lovely lady on reception. I came for a hygiene/cleaning appt with Poonam Ram and I genuinely could not fault her for her amazing knowledge, work and reassurance throughout my appointment - also how gentle the clean was - I didn’t need any breaks at all and was so relaxed in the hands of both you and the lovely nurse working alongside you. Overall such a friendly environment and you feel in such good hands whilst being there, Will be returning for a check up next month! :) Thanks again to all of the team x
