Took my 11 year old daughter here tonight, to get a small filling put on one of her front teeth, after she chipped it recently. She is petrified of the dentist. Oak Dental is the only place which seems to be child friendly enough for her. Her dentist, Mohammad, is exceptional at treating kids. He has a great manner , and put my daughter at ease, even showing her what every step of the procedure would be, and what tools he would be using, before starting the treatment. This was enough to get her through the filling. The assistant was really cooperative, and supportive, which helps so much. The receptionist team are also funny and very professional. Overall, it is the only dental practice that my kids both happily tolerate. The team went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and that trust has now enabled her to agree to come back for more treatment, which is a massive step up from crying and refusing to go to the dentist.
