It’s getting a bit ridiculous now. They take on way too many patients and make you wait 3 months between appointments . Can’t even get through to them if there’s an issue-Just get the answering machine and no help.

She mentioned it was her first day, which is incredible, because the way she handled everything with patience, professionalism, and natural warmth was beyond impressive. I have been a patient here for over 3 years and was really looking forward to finally getting my braces removed on 28/08/25. Unfortunately, I received a cancellation letter. While I understand that sometimes the doctor may not be available, I explained that I have an upcoming holiday and a family wedding, and this appointment was very important to me. Despite this, the practice refused to offer me an emergency slot or even put me on a cancellation list, even after my mother requested it. We have called twice to try and resolve this, but no effort has been made to accommodate my situation. After wearing braces for such a long time, which has already caused visible staining, I feel that my care and experience as a patient have not been valued. This has been very disappointing and emotionally upsetting, especially at such an important stage of my treatment. In my opinion, the practice does not prioritise patient needs or communication, and I think patients deserve a more supportive and flexible approach.

Today I finished my Orthodontics treatment after almost 3 years from start to finish. I had block braces to begin with then fixed braces. I could not be any more happier with the final result.
