I'm a patient who received private invisalign treatment, and am currently in post-treatment wearing both removable and permanent retainers. Dr Alimadadian and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. In the initial consultation, Dr Ali let me know that he believed invisalign would be preferrable to braces for my situation, because if I were to want braces, I'd have to get 3 of my teeth extracted, compared to the interproximal reduction I would receive with invisalign, which would let me keep all of my teeth. He didn't force it on me; he told me what the pros and cons were for both treatment plans, and that it would be up to my discretion, and I chose the invisalign, as I believe most people would, but I greatly appreciate the freedom of choice. All of the staff are amazing, and not just in the sense of orthodontic skill, but friendliness and humor as well. At each appointment where there was something other than just collecting my new aligners, for example the initial attachments bonding, interproximal reductions, retainer fittings, etc., they always told me what to expect, and that I could make a signal with my hands if I were feeling discomfort, pain, or for whatever reason, and that they would stop until I felt well enough to resume. Appointment scheduling was efficient; they'd let me book for my next appointment at the end of the current one, and they let you reschedule as long as you give 24> hours notice. Some appointments were a bit inflexible, and I believe that was because Dr Ali had to be there for some of the procedures, and I believe he has responsibilities in the Earls Court and Kensington branches, as well as holidays just like any other person, meaning there are times where he won't be available for your appointment as soon as possible, so there were times where the appointment had a 1 week delay, but I think that only happened twice over the course of the year and a half long treatment, so that's a negligible issue in my opinion. They also provide payment plans, which at the time of the start of my treatment, didn't include any credit checks or interest, and they also give a reasonable amount of leeway for when you're in unexpected financial difficulties, which I'm very grateful for. Of course, apart from the process, there's the outcome itself. I'm very happy with my teeth. I initally wanted orthodontic treatment for attractiveness and confidence purposes, but what I like the most about my teeth is definitely the bite. The minimised malocclusion makes your bite feel natural; I feel like it's easier to focus on things, which is probably because my jaw feels comfortable, and something I don't hear anyone talk about when it comes to orthodontic treatment, is that it makes it virtually impossible to bite your tongue. Whether it's talking or chewing, your teeth will never close down on your tongue; it's amazing. Thank you for everything you've done for me so far, and I'll see you at my next appointment.
