Recently went to this dentist after 111 referred me through the nhs for an emergency appointment but because I’m an nhs patient they wouldn’t do anything about my tooth because in their words they prefer to see to the paying clients then my self because I’m not a paying clients, I’m disabled so I am not able to go private, even the dentist said it was medical negligence as I’m in severe pain but the dental practice manger refused my treatment as she didn’t want to refuse paying customers, if I was to pay they would of been able to help but I clearly stated I am unable to pay due to being disabled unable to work, I had to leave and have informed 111 what has happened and they have now referred me to a different dentist which has now helped me.
