I’ve been overdue for a check-up for a while, but today turned out perfectly thanks to the amazing team at Perfect Smile – Peach Street, Wokingham. My wife had booked appointments for our three daughters, and when I arrived, Eloise and Hannah at reception had everything sorted and made us feel really welcome. We were early, so I asked about booking myself in for another day. Instead, they suggested I check with Jaco (the dentist) to see if he could fit me in while seeing my daughters. Honestly, I didn’t expect it—but they managed to squeeze me in at super short notice! The whole experience was fantastic. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and my daughters were completely at ease during their appointments. Jaco was brilliant—friendly, professional, and gave me great feedback during my own check-up. Michelle was also really helpful behind the scenes. Huge thanks to Eloise, Hannah, Michelle, and Jaco for going above and beyond. If you’re looking for a dentist that genuinely cares and makes the whole family feel comfortable, I can’t recommend Perfect Smile enough!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment here and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Omar was fantastic throughout the process – very informative, easy to understand, and always made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage. A big shoutout as well to Lauren at reception. She has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning, guiding me through everything and always accommodating my schedule with a smile. The level of care and service has been brilliant. Highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Invisalign or dental treatment in general! 😁

Unfortunately, Eleanor the hygenist left and her replacement wasn't as good. They kept on changing the appointment and make me wait months to see a hygenist so I moved practice. Trying to get a refund out of this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Very difficult, weeks later I'm still waiting...

Being a fifty something lady and having had a terrible experience with a previous dentist (20+ years ago), things got to a point where I needed help and I could not put off the inevitable any further. I was absolutely petrified of the dentist, but over the last few months I cannot recommend highly enough Dr. Fauzia Taj and her dental assistant. Having had 6 extractions today I really was not looking forward to it, but I have to say Dr. Taj and her assistant were both kind, compassionate and very caring. Dr. Taj has 110% changed my perspective of dentists, such a lovely lady, thank you so so much, after over 20 years, I can now smile X
