I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The environment felt unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was impatient, raised her voice at staff, and was even vaping at the front desk — completely inappropriate behavior in a professional setting. Overall, it was an unpleasant visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or professional service.

A Bond

I have 5 children and we go to this dentist regularly. Very lovely lady on the reception, who is there all the time. We do however see different dentists each time and it can be very hit and miss on how good they are. One dentist put a filling in my tooth that lasted only a few days.

Avoid at all costs. This surgery is completely unprofessional. I went to see them because an old filling fell out and I needed it to be replaced. The dentist put in a new filling but told me that it was “highly unlikely” that it would last and I would need to come back in a few months at least to replace it. They then tried to charge me £75 for the filling and after the receptionist debated with the dentist what the price should be, the dentist completely puzzled as to what to do eventually decided to charge me the NHS subsidised price. In hindsight I should not have been charge anything as it was a complete waste of my time, because the filling lasted less than 48 hours. I called them up and I was told that I will need to see the actual dentist to have a proper filling put in would make me wonder if that wasn’t the “dentist” that I’d seen who was it?! On the day of my appointment, I was slightly confused as to the timings. I tried for the best part of 45 mins to get through but the line was busy. When I eventually got through I was pretty much told I was a liar and I felt as though I was being dismissed. I know of other people that have had bad experiences with this surgery as well. I will not be going back there!
