As much as the staff were quick and polite, their availability is absolutely shocking. I went in for a consultation under the assumption that I’d be able to come in soon after to have a root canal, and an extraction done. However they stuck me with a dentist that was leaving literally two weeks after, who’s last and only available day was the 12th, which I am away on (I wanted this done before hand so I can avoid being in pain abroad), and then the next available dentist is only available in January?! I was only informed that the dentist was leaving, and that no other dates or dentists will be available, so I have wasted my money on a consultation for nothing.

Absolutely and totally disorganised reception, constantly cancelling, rebooking and cancelling again with no apology. They dont seem to have a clue when their dentist is in. Paying loads of money for sons teeth extractions and braces that should've been done weeks ago but they have no idea how to manage their diary. Useless and inefficient considering its a private practice.

Superb place. Have been treated by Dr Osman and Nurse Georgia for an extraction and then a filling recently and couldn't be happier: both are patient, relaxed and extraordinarily empathetic. Would recommend unconditionally.
