Very bad practice my appointment its been cancelled twice this week and I'm in pain because the rude dentist have emergency I can understand her anyway I be looking to change the practice very soon

Dentist Aseel hana was very cold and unfriendly. She was Arabic or South African. Couldn’t tell. She was borderline rude, indifferent and had an attitude problem. I was treated as if I was cattle. She poked around with her sharp tools like I wasn’t human. I have a follow up appointment, but now cancelled. If you want to be treated with little human respect, warmth or friendliness, and want a dentist that doesn’t even say bye as you leave. Step this direction. I’m sure she will have all the excuses in the world but I’d put my bottom dollar that she’s been allowed to get away with this because it’s not been flagged. Nope, I don’t care if your having a bad day. Dentist trips are traumatising and this dentist needs to be put through basic training in how to treat people. Poor experience 1/5. Do not go. Cancel now.

My sister has special needs and she was shouted, belittled and refused to be seen by the receptionist. I’ve never seen a group of people with no customer skills and just completely rude and incompetent. I’m surprised you’re still open!

I booked a Band 1 NHS Examination session with them and felt that the dentist gave lots of unnecessary treatment recommendations (after comparing with other dentists). I also felt very rushed through the process as well with not a lot of explanation.
