Terrible experiences here told they couldn't treat me as needed implants due to vad gum disease promised to pass me on to somebody else never heard anything found my self a new dentist nothing wrong with my gums and done need implants yet I paid a fortune here on unnecessary appointments definitely not recommended

Took my son today for appointment was told had to pay by snotty receptionists, he’s 19 in full time education, twice in 12 months I’ve also asked for myself a full time carer for my son told not taking on NHS, the first time I asked and told no there was an immigrants with someone filling forms out for free NHS treatment and the receptionist even made him cup of tea and second time few months ago same thing I asked at reception and at side of me immigrants/refugee given forms to fill out??? What’s going on it’s awful and can understand all happening on news, tell me why I can’t get NHS treatment like them I’m a white British citizen and after today I’ll be changing my little boys dentist make me sick, 1 star is because wanted to leave review otherwise be 0 ⭐️ the worse dentist ever.

Absolutely disgusting treatment and service, I was referred to this dentist for emergency treatment, the terrible dentist not fit to be one, applied some plaster cast filing over a broken tooth and told me to go and see my regular dentist for proper treatment, I was in the chair for under 2 minutes, she did not clean my tooth, nor was she concerned about trying to correctly repair it. The plaster she said would hold until I saw my regular dentist, I told her I cant get an appointment until september, the filling fell out, washed away in my mouth as soon as I left the dentist, leaving me in excruciating pain, no better off than I was before I went in. This place should be avoided, I shall be making a complaint to the CQC. The chair I was asked to sit in was drenched most likely from perspiration of the previous patient. I was the last patient of the day and it was clear they didn't want to treat me, I would have been better off not going, what a waste of my time and money, having to drive an hour to see them for under 2 minutes whilst they cleaned up the surgery to leave. Disgusting.

Went here with a toothache and ended up in the chair for over 3 hours to remove 1 tooth and I still have the roots left in my gum had xrays beforehand so they should have know that my roots where bulbed and curved which they told me halfway through they ended taking a tooth out behind to get into my bad one and still didn't get it all I was told that I would hear from another dentist about full removal but of yet not heard anything that is why I cancelled with them

i was in january or february for an emergency extraction i was in terrible pain i called 111 and they sent me here when they extracted the painful tooth i had 2 anesthetics i was almost left with scars and pain from this extraction i have scars and now they know we are in June 10th and now you can see where they gave me the injections and what's more when they took out my tooth they didn't clean me since then I'm constantly taking out broken pieces of the tooth I have a piece of gum that's not can i take it out because it hurts who is to blame for this? I am in terrible pain because of the remaining pieces, am I getting an abscess?

I went in for an emergency appointment. The service here was amazing. I was highly statisfied and I was only there for minutes had my tooth taken out within seconds. Cannot complain I was really impressed.

Now the Oaks Dental Practice (assume the rename was to allow them to dump NHS patients). Dumped during COVID, but they invited me in for an appointment as a current patient that they hadn't seen for a long time, confirmed the appointment twice by text and twice by email, had all my details already in their online system, and provided a calendar entry. I took the day off work, arranged childcare for my son off from school over Easter, only to arrive and be told I could only have a private appointment and they had told me it was cancelled (which they had not). Their website says they're taking on patients (I was told at reception they are not). Its a scam to get private patients and they should be disgusted with their conduct over the past four years. I will be putting a complaint in with the ombudsman.

Dumped after covid. They told me during covid they where only dealing with emergencies. Don't worry we will contact you after covid for check ups etc. Called them as I hadn't heard anything for 18 months. They said you have been removed from our nhs register as you haven't been in touch ?. I am a 69 year old pensioner. Disgraceful company, trying to get rid of nhs patient's.
