Updated April '25 - they seem to have improved. The dentists are more reliable, I've seen S Khan a number of times and is the best I've seen there. Always explains what he is doing and gives options rather than just doing what he wants. I just hope he's there for the long term as he is an improvement. I've increased their stars from 3 to 4 as it is much improved. I have been coming for a number of years and never seen the same dentist. George was the best dentist but he left in April. I have never known such a high turnover of dentists. I regularly get my appt cancelled. The treatment is good, but I would prefer a regular one. I called last month to be told "i'm sorry we have no appointments as we dont have a dentist"....If there were other NHS practices accepting patients in the area, I would leave

I had a terrible experience with this dental clinic today.i strongly don’t recommend. no compassion for a heavily pregnant lady who came late 15minutes due to mis direction of the location and nothing could be done for me considering the fact that I struggled to find my way up to the practice ,I have never been treated in such a terrible no compassion way.I’m disgusted

The receptionists are polite and friendly. My dentist is the best I have ever had, she is so good at putting you at ease. The overall practice is clean and tidy. 10 out of 10 for me.

Following on my my previous post, this is now the second time seeing the relative new dentist I've seen today who once again made the whole dentist experience a joy, if visiting a dentist can be expressed in that way. She was polite, friendly, professional and very concise with her instructions re my teeth and gum care needs. The hygienist and support staff as per usual are always pleasant and happy, it a absolute pleasure to go.
