I have been with the dentist 20 odd years my dentist retired so I was a patient of Lisa hanna always put me at ease has I was bit nervous of dentist Lisa was always friendy and would go extra Mile for her patients 3 month ago I had to get filling fixed phoned up the receptionist was no help and none of the other dentist were seeing her patient s was told to look for another practice I asked if Lisa was coming bk got to much personal information all I wanted was to get my tooth fixed I have since moved to the kilrea dental practice the receptionist in riada could learn a thing frm my new practice friendy helpful and doing there job no story's just get you in to get your problems sorted

I have been at this dental clinic all my life. Having my original dentist for many moons retire made me feel uneasy. I couldn't have been more lucky to have Catherina! Catherina is very professional, cares about her clients and is very skilled with her contemporary dental work.

Having been under the care of Lisa Hana for a number of years I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough. However, today I was seen by another female dentist. I was kept waiting for 50 minutes, when I entered the surgery the dentist didn't acknowledge my presence. She didn't introduce herself, make me feel welcome in any way, nor did she apologise for the excessive waiting time. She was entirely indifferent to me. Even sighing at one point I asked whether the lovely Lisa was retunng, was informed unlikely and told to find another practice. A hugely disappointing experience.

I was petfired off going to any dentist after my last one hurting Me then I came across this one and I had a girl named Catherina and I have to say she put my mind at ease and she's helped me get over my biggest fear and today I got over my fears of getting my teeth built up again and she's so gentle and so lovely to speak with .. I definitely recommend going here and if u have a fear of going to dentist you will lose that fear straight away with Catherina ♡ I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me im the happiest girl today and I'm over my fears now thanks to her .. 10 out of 10 !!

5 stars really isn’t enough I switched to this dentist as my own had went private , I am very nervous when it comes to having to meet new people dentists , doctors etc , woke up with toothache this morning and rang the girls got me fitted in on a Friday afternoon without any problem they were so kind and understanding on the phone my dentists name was Catarina ( not sure of the spelling) I was made eel so welcome from the minute I walked through the door , she talked me through what she needed and known I was a bit anxious talked me through everything as she done it and along with the dental nurse kept me laughing the whole time , best and friendliest dental surgery I’ve ever been to !! Would even go as far as saying I can’t wait to go back and have my treatment finished ( not something I’d ever think I’d be saying , thanks again guys keep up the good work !! xo

I've heard this practice described as quaint and this is meant to be taken as a compliment. It's a relaxed environment but professionally run. I received a great service from Ryan and Chelsea who helped save a couple of loose teeth, replaced a broken bridge, and brought me up to speed on how to take better care of them. I also feel that I got excellent value for money which is far from typical these days.

Amazing dental practice. I am with Ryan Elliot who is amazing as I am very anxious. Saw Lisa Hanna today as an emergency and she was fantastic 👏 even better when I didn't feel her inject me. Reception staff are very friendly and accommodating especially Yvonne.
