I normally hate going to the dentist and had not been for a very long time, after searching for a dentist that took patients on Fitzalan was the only one prepared to do so and i'm so glad that they did i have recently seen a dentist named Vinoja who is very professional ,kind and explains everything to you. I had to have a tooth removed and was dreading it but in the expert hands of Vinoja and her nurse it was a very good job done, i felt no pain even after going home hours after and in the future shall feel at ease with any visit, i highly recommend Fitzalan dental practice as all the staff are wonderful.

I have always had problems with my teeth and was afraid of dentists. But Dr. Gorod changed that. Now I go to the dentist as if I were meeting a friend. And I can't help but mention the staff, who are very polite and friendly. Thank you all for your work.

I have had good experiences with this practice. All the staff are friendly, efficient and competent. The dentist gave a clear and detailed explanation of the problem with my tooth, using the x-rays to illustrate its condition. She and the nurse were very good in accommodating my change of mind in requesting a filling rather than the extraction I had booked in for. I am very happy with my tooth. I recommend this place to people!

If I could rate this practice 0 stars I would. Absolutely Terrible experience with this dental practice. The receptionist has been SO rude every time I’ve spoken to her I cannot believe she still has a job here, I was at the practice for 6/7 years due to not being able to find another nhs dentist until I eventually did, and in that time she has never been polite to me, absolutely terrible social skills and just straight rude. I was then given an ultimatum and told if I didn’t pay to go private my children would loose their nhs spaces which is disgusting, there’s no way I would ever pay these people. Not to mention the dentist himself, would ignored a huge hole in my tooth for years and told me it was “sensitive” but I later found out from another dentist I may need root canal, so disappointed please avoid at all costs!!! They don’t want to help you they just want your money.

Amazing dental practice. The staff are very friendly and informative. The standard of practice is very high and staff will go out of their way to help you. Very good prices and very considerate of the patients in such difficult times. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this practice Ihey blindsided me with they are only taking on private patients and not nhs patients and the receptionist at the practice was incredibly rude saying I should try looking for a dentist in Chichester I would not recommend
